Gaurav Mittal is currently a second-year student from a medical school Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences nestled in a non-descript village Sevagram in central India. The endeavour to publish a book at such a tender stage of his career calls for a lot of courage and responsibility at the same time. He has published 10 research papers in indexed journals of international repute and high impact. He has mastered the skill of drafting Systematic reviews in medical stream and owns credible certification on Scientific Writing in Health Research. He has been acquainted with the field of Sports Physiology for the last 2 years and has presented 12 research papers till now. His swashbuckling knack for perfection in his toddler phase has led him to composing this masterpiece which though a baby step in his infamous writing career but definitely shall prove to be a Giant leap in future.
