This book attempts to determine the various ways in which poverty mitigation can be addressed.  It evaluates the status quo as well as other reform methods that have been advocated for adoption within the U.S.  It also presents a potential approach not yet considered.  This book attempts to present the various topics within a simple, easy-to-digest manner.  Technical matters are kept to a minimum.
