Md. Masud

The author was born in 1987 at Jhenaidah(a south-western district of Bangladesh). At an early age, he was moved to his elder brother's family in the capital (Dhaka) to be benefitted from the urban education opportunities. The author was admitted to the University of Dhaka obtained MSS in Economics. Later he joined the University of Essex, England, and completed his MA degree in International Development under the Department of Economics with Distinction. Mr. Ahmed started his carrier as Management Trainee Officer (MTO) at Dhaka Bank Ltd. in 2012. After serving three and half years in various capacities, he left Banking and Joined Bangladesh Public Administration Training Centre as Assistant Director (Training) in 2015. Sustainability, Inequality and Development are his primary research area. Public Financial Management, Governance and Public Procurement are also his other interest area.
