Dr Annabella Adewunmi is a lecturer and a researcher. She has a PhD in Industrial/Food Microbiology with special interest in mycotoxins contamination in food and its public health concerns. She has published several peer-reviewed papers in the specialized area of mycotoxicology, and in food microbiology. She is also an experienced quality and food safety professional. She is a member of the Nigerian Society for Microbiology and a global member of the American Society for Microbiology.
