Melvin Hilvano Salazar is a Filipino researcher and writer who earned a Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSEd) from Leyte Normal University. Additionally, the author holds a Master of Arts in Education (MAEd) from Samar State University, and a Doctor of Philosophy(PhD) from Asian Development Foundation College.
