The Author is a practicing Lawyer, specialised in IP & IT Law (specifically Data Protection Law), and working under his Family Law-Firm namely ‘ARS & Associates’, Punjab, India, since around last ten years.
He completed his 5-year Law Degree from Panjab University, India and then, passed his Masters in 'Transnational IP & IT Law' from the University of Gottingen, Germany in 2019.
