OTURUGBUM DENNIS SAMUEL, AICMC, graduated from OLABISI ONABANJO UNIVERSITY, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State, Nigeria in 2021. He is driven by the desire to contribute immensely to economic advancement nationally and at global space with demonstrated interests in Environmental Law,  Maritime Law,  Alternative Dispute Resolution, Technology Law, Petroleum and Energy Law. He is a writer of a number of articles to his credit.

At the publication of this book, he is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators, Nigeria.
