Ruchi Agarwal is an Assistant Professor in Strategic Management at Management Development Institute (MDI) since January 2022. She is Ph.D from the University of Edinburgh, Fellow from Insurance Institute of India, ACII, UK and post doctoral fellow from ISB, Hyderabad. She published in various highly ranked academic journals such as California Management Reviews, Accounting and Organizational Change, Strategic Change etc.
