Description

In the this book, various extensions of the scalar sector have been considered comprising of different $SU(2)_L$ multiplets. The main purpose of the thesis is to explore properties of these new scalars using the weak vector boson scattering processes and from the (meta)stability of the scalar potential. As a part of the the work a few computer codes have been used to analyze a scalar potential at higher energies and put constraints on the region of the parameter spaces by considering the dark matter density, unitary-perturbativity and (meta)stability of the electroweak vacuum.
