Phoebe

Mrs Phoebe pursued her Bachelor's degree in Agriculture at Rongo University, Kenya. She also has a Diploma in Horticulture, a Master of Science in Environmental Biology, she works at the Ministry of Agriculture in Kenya. She is an expert in rice production systems, and a certified plant doctor. Her expertise in modern Agriculture, led to selection by International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA) in Austria for successful research work for the Lake Victoria basin.
