Melvin

Melvin Hilvano Salazar is a Filipino researcher and writer from Western Samar, Eastern Visayas, Philippines. He earned his Bachelor of Secondary Education degree from Leyte Normal University, a Master of Arts in Education from Samar State University, and a PhD in Educational Management from Asian Development Foundation College. He is the author of Strategic Management Model for Junior High Schools,a research-based book that presents frameworks and leadership strategies aimed at improving school.
