Michael

The author is a graduate of BA Political Science at Divine Word College of Bangued in 2017; a product of Rogationist Seminary Manila conferred with the degree Philosophy for Theology. In 2023 he was enrolled in La Trinidad, Benguet- Main Campus with the program Master of Arts in Social Studies; Master in Mangement major in Public Management in Divine Word College of Bangued in 2022. Presented several research philosophical papers at Silang, Cavite in 2025.
