Ahmed M. Othman is a full-professor, Electrical Power and Machine Department, Faculty of Engineering, Zagazig University, Egypt. He was awarded his Ph.D. 2011 from Aalto University (Helsinki University of Technology), Finland. His research activities are concerned with power systems operations, renewable energy, microgrids, electrification, and recent control and optimization techniques to power systems
