Asfaw

Asfaw Kibret is an emergency surgeon serving on the frontline of primary health care in resource-limited settings in Ethiopia. He began his medical journey by earning a degree as a Clinical Officer from Hawassa University, followed by a postgraduate qualification in Integrated Emergency Surgery from Dilla University.He has accumulated extensive hands-on experience across diverse and challenging environments, including two years of service with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF-Spain).
