Chalani

Chalani is an interdisciplinary researcher and educator whose work bridges people, systems, and strategy. She specializes in stakeholder-focused methodologies, enterprise software systems, and applied research design, with a particular interest in how human-centered influences shape technology adoption and value creation. She holds an M.Phil. in BPM from the University of Kelaniya and a B.Sc. (Honors) in Information and Communication Technology from the University of Colombo.
