Mr. Otegbeye Peter Oluwaseun was born in Ilaro, Yewa South Local Government Area of Ogun State, Nigeria. Driven by a passion for learning and public service, he gained admission into the University of Ado-Ekiti, now Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti, where he studied Political Science/Public Administration from 2009 to 2016, graduating with a Second Class Honours (Lower Division). In further pursuit of academic excellence, he obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in International Relations
