Professor  Fernando Duarte has a PhD degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering from Porto University. He is a full-time Professor at the Polytechnic University of Lusofonia. Professor Luís Pires has Master’s degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering from Technical University of Lisbon, Specialist in Electronics and Telecommunications from the Polytechnic Institute of Lisbon. He is a full-time Professor at the Polytechnic University of Lusofonia.
