The global concept of Work-From-Home has developed into Work-From-Everywhere, especially in Indonesia, as a policy for social distancing efforts in the community, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, employees working from home are affected, and it requires the role of leaders to optimally manage their organization, in order to provide job satisfaction to the workers. This research aims to determine the new leadership style, in respect to Work-From-Everywhere era, and empirically examines its effect on job satisfaction. As much as 391 employees working virtually were selected. The online questionnaire used, was analyzed by SEM Amos, which showed that the new leadership style affects job satisfaction with the mediation of trust, relationship building, and employee communication.
