This book “Globalization during COVID-19 Era” determines the relation between the process of Globalization and COVID-19. The book is divided into five main chapters. The main focus of this book is to determine that whether COVID-19 Pandemic ends the process of Globalization or whether it alters the process of Globalization. Globalization is considered to be a significant driver behind the Global World. Globalization was under the threat even before the COVID-19. The first chapter of the Book “Background” deals with that how this Pandemic originated, how it spreads, how it effects the whole world and what effects it poses upon the process of Globalization? The second chapter “Effects of COVID-19” describes its effects upon World Economy, Food System, Agricultural System. This chapter more focuses upon that how this pandemic leads to Unemployment, Deglobalization and Economic Decline. The third chapter” Role Played by International Organizations to Control the Problems Faced by World Due to COVID-19”. The fourth chapter” Realist Perspective” defines the linkage of Globalization and COVID-19 from the perspective of Realist who focuses upon power struggle. The last chapter “Will COVID-19 ends the Globalization”? describes that due to this pandemic the process of Globalization not dies completely rather COVID-19 alters the form of Globalization.
