Presented in this book focuses on the problems of selected topics vibration diagnostics for the evaluation of the dynamic state and without-disassembly assessment of the technical condition of various technical systems. Methods and means of vibration diagnostics provide information about the dynamic state of the system under test , providing a basis for assessing the quality of the organization, management and strategy of exploitation . Behavioral systems, treated as objects intentionally made to perform a specific mission, are characterized by high structural and functional complexity and broad diversification purposes. Their structure and processes of the fractal characteristics have repeatedly (recurring) and hierarchical (composed of different subsystems). Diagnosis of such systems is extremely important, but difficult. Development of vibration diagnostics goes in the direction of computer recognition of the process of diagnosis and description of the damage mapped various of vibration symptoms. Obtaining this information requires the design of the experiment vibration diagnostics, object-oriented, according to the specific consumption of the system.
