The book, related to Process Management, is written for Managers, for Students (aiming at becoming Future Managers), for Young Researchers (aiming at becoming Scientific Researchers), for Scholars (aiming at learning Scientific ideas), and for Professors who want to learn the BASICS of Decisions based on the Scientific Analysis of Data collected by suitable Designed Process Control in order to make Quality Decisions in their work during Production and Service Management.
It aims at showing in details the several aspects related to the Control Charts, with subgrouping and for indivduals, showing that the Theory of GIQA [which comprises Quality Management, Reliability, Availability, Maintenance, Spare Parts Management, Analysis and Design Of Experiments (DOE)], is better because only good methods are crucial for suitable decision taking. Wrong cases are presented to show the Scientific Methods to solve them, in order to avoid being cheated in own work and duty.
The author has more forty years' experience in the Quality Field and its Methods.
