A typical medicinal plant used in folk and traditional medicine systems. In E. hirta various components have demonstrated a wide range of pharmacological and biological activities. The plant’s enormous diversity in phytochemical composition is principally responsible for its excellent biological value. The primary goal of this study is to provide an overview of the pytochemical and pharmacological use of E. hirta.
