Ayman Mustafa

Since 2006, Dr. Ayman Al Armoti, who has 15 years of experience in academia and business, has served as an associate professor in the business administration program at Khwarizmi International College. He teaches management and human resource management courses. At Amman Arab University in Jordan, I completed an MBA and a Ph.D. in business management. Additionally, I possess credentials, PMP qualifications, and a broad range of management and HRM experience. Additionally, I participated in more than 15 conferences both locally and abroad, attending numerous international conferences. Additionally, I have more than 25 scientific articles that have been published in many databases like Scopus, seven international academic association memberships, and I serve as an Editorial Advisory Board member for the Journal of Research in Administrative Sciences | JRAS.
