She has completed her full time Phd at, Vels Institute of Science, Technology & Advanced Studies (VISTAS), Chennai. she has submitted her Ph.D under the guidance of Dr,S.Vasantha. She has published various research articles in Scopus Indexed Journals and in UGC indexed journals in the field of HR, Finance & Management. She has participated in many national and international conferences. She also participated in many workshops, FDPs and webinars. She has received three best paper awards for the paper presentation in the International Conferences during her research period. Her current field of research work is on employability of the students.

She has worked as guest professor in Annamalai University and Aset institute of technology where she handled various subject in management discipline. Currently, she is working as a full time faculty in Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology in the field of management.
