Professor Luís Pires has master’s degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, Technical University of Lisbon, Specialist in Electronics and Telecommunications from the Polytechnic Institute of Lisbon. He is a full-time Professor at the Instituto Politecnico da Lusofonia (IPLuso) and Adjunct Professor (Invited) at the Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa (ISEL).
