Naveenkumar T. Rudrappa pursuing Ph.D. degree in the department of Computer Science from Rani Channamma University, Belagavi, Karnataka, India and M.Tech degree received in Computer Science and Engineering from Nitte Mahalinga Adyanthaya Memorial Institute of Technology, Nitte, An Autonoumous College under Visvesvarayya Technological University, Belagavi  India in 2011. Since then, he was working as Assistant Professor in Department of  Computer Science and Engineering at Vishwanathrao Deshpande Institute of Technolgy, Haliyal, Uttara-Kannada District, Karnataka, India.
