João Calado is a hospitality professional with extensive experience in renowned hotel brands in Spain and Macau (China).  His master's thesis was awarded as one of the best Master Theses in Tourism in Spain in 2023. He holds a degree in Psychology and a Master's in Sustainable Tourism. João is passionate about sustainability and hopes to inspire readers in embracing responsible practices in the hospitality industry and works towards a more sustainable future.
