Mrs. Tang earned her Master of Business Administration Degree/Human Resources Management Major, from Colombia Southern University, United States. She has experiences in working in Universities. Her research areas include competitive advantage, HR outsourcing, consumer behavior, and education-related topics. She is currently working at University of Economics and Finance of Ho Chi Minh City as lecturer. Her articles were published at several international conferences like PICMET, ESSHBS, etc.
