This study provides the first comprehensive analysis of direct investment flows from Uzbekistan to Latvia over the period 1991–2024. Combining quantitative data with stakeholder surveys and qualitative assessments, the research uncovers the structural, regulatory, and cultural barriers affecting investment decisions. It highlights the uneven historical dynamics of Uzbek capital in Latvia, evaluates sector-specific opportunities, and offers practical policy recommendations for improving bilateral economic cooperation.
