Description

As a practitioner in the global financial speculation market, writing a book on human speculative behavior was purely an accident in my mundane life. Indeed, I would go so far as to say that it had looked as far away as the Antarctic continent to me over many years. It all started in October 2020 when I decided to write a paper on human speculative behavior. After a year of free thinking, reading, writing, and with Mr. Hu Zhuo’s encouragement, the main body of the thesis was completed at the end of September 2021. After 2 months of revisions and refinement, the manuscript of the paper was essentially finalized. The content of this book is divided into two parts. The first part probes human speculative behavior and is a revised version of the above-mentioned paper published in January 2022. The second part studies human price speculative behavior and constitutes the latest revision of the paper published in August 2019. The study of human speculative behavior is the sole theme of this book. This book provides an in-depth study of the problems at the heart of human speculative behavior. The conclusion of my research is that the speculative price behavior in the financial market is none other than the human speculative behavior; the speculative price in the financial market is the quantitative result of the human speculative behavior.
