We have briefly discussed the appraisal of gender equality and diversity policies along with the policies, and how it affects the number of employees and to makes sure that it expands the number of women working in the organization so that they become independent. Firstly, we started to introduce the policies that is using in one of selected organization which may help Create a safe and respectful environment. Next, we have set up a table that shows the comparison between the worldwide standards of diversity and equality along with the standards of their policies. Here they make sure that they represent their women gracefully by showing that they are half of our society especially in U.A.E. then we have introduced our opinions by giving recommendations about this whole diversity issues that we have discussed earlier.
