The purpose of the study is to determine the underlying factors characterizing bank choices using Exploratory Factor Analysis. A quantitative research design was used in the study. Initially, Focus Group Discussion was conducted to determine items that served as the preliminary parameters. Thematic analysis was undertaken by breaking the data into smaller segments and using an inductive approach to comprised the data. To test its suitability and coherence, the questionnaire underdone a pilot testing, checked and validated by the experts in the field. The following approaches were taken to achieve the study's objectives: descriptive statistics; t-test; One-way (ANOVA); and Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA).
