This book presents two Sri Lankan research studies concerning the Sri Lankan higher educational sector. The first research study discusses the correlation between library usage for academic purposes and the academic performance of undergraduates in state universities in Sri Lanka. The study has three primary objectives. First, to ascertain the relationship between the undergraduates’ faculty-wise university library usage for academic purpose and their academic performance. Then it is intended to ascertain the relationship between all undergraduates’ university library usage for academic purpose and their academic performance. Finally, this study ascertains whether there is any significant difference between the academic performance of undergraduate users and non-users of the university library for academic purposes.
