UNRWA’s Mediation Process is a key element in the organization’s efforts to strengthen its internal justice system. The research aims to study the impact of mediator competencies, emotional intelligence and case characteristics as independent variables on the mediation outcomes as dependent variable, (UNRWA) Gaza. Mixed data collection methods were adopted; quantitative and qualitative. The results supported the hypotheses of study indicating that there is a significant relationship between: mediator competencies, emotional intelligence and case characteristics, and mediation outcomes at significance level (≤0.05).
