The Indian market underwent significant transformation since the post liberalization period. The inflow of Foreign Direct Investments (FDIs) as well as Foreign Institutional Investments (FIIs) has enhanced the growth of the Indian economy. The inflow of Foreign Direct Investments was an opportunity for several foreign firms to establish their production centers in India mostly in the consumer durable sector.
